Think of all the troubles in your life....... now think of how much worse off you could be.  Everyone has problems.  If you can tell me one person you know that lives a perfect life, I want to meet them!!  Everyone has issues and everyone is dealing with something different.  Everyone has a past, but everyone has a future too.  Remember that the next time you are having a bad day.  YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE!  So always take the time to be nice to someone.  Think about what you are going through and then think that someone else may be dealing with the same or worse pain.  Take the time out of your day to give someone a compliment, say a kind word, do a kind deed.  It's only going to take a couple minutes!  And it could make all the difference in the world for that one person.

Today's Starfish

Tonight, I got home from Kosama and was hanging out with Ryan, Tandem and Kirby.  We were talking about how nice it was to all be together for once since we are never home at the same times.  We ate some supper and were drinking some wine/beer and I thought this was the perfect starfish - taking time out of my busy life and spending time with the people I care about :)

After awhile, I decided to give Kirk (Kirby's puppy) a bath.  He hates hates hates baths, but he needed one :)  And now Kirby won't have to do it and he smells much better!!!!
